We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return any non-installed fixtures for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt by following these important steps.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT ANY INSTALLED OR DAMAGED FIXTURES ARE NON RETURNABLE.
- Please call our customer service department at 818-597-9494 and you will be issued a return authorization number.

A return address to one of our wearhouses will be provided to you.

The entire fixture must be returned in its original packaging and factory carton.
- Include a copy of the original receipt inside the carton.

Write the return authorization number on the outside of the carton.

We require that all returns be insured, and request that you provide proof of insurance and tracking number of package if requested.
Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and insurance. We recommend you keep the shipping receipt on hand until the credit is issued.
